BUT - there is some level of “restriction” that needs to come if you want to lose body fat and get lean. You need to stay in a calorie deficit. PERIOD! Yes - it’s hard to stay disciplined. But it’s harder to keep being disappointed in yourself week after week and staying unhappy in your body. Don’t let the few seconds of “comfort” you feel when eating food that puts you over your calorie deficit stop you from achieving your dream physique sis!
