@itsalicenicholls: Save it now so you don’t lose it! 🙋♀️ RECIPE: - 1 cup rolled oats - 1 banana - 2 eggs - 1 heaped tbs PURE WHEY powder (you can get grass-fed whey powder from Mirabooka or Mt Capra or Coles does a pure whey powder (not grass-fed) in the health section. - 1 dessertspoon of collagen powder - 1/2 tsp baking soda (bicarb soda) - 1 tsp vanilla extract - 1/3 cup milk Blend together and fry in a heated frypan with butter, ghee or olive oil. I top with tahini, Greek yoghurt and honey or sub Greek yoghurt for sour cream, which is AMAZING! Enjoy. Al.
