@becky_bfit: egg muffins 🍳 These were so quick to make and an easy breakfast to prep! All you need to do when you reheat is pop them in the air fryer for 5 ish mins so it heats up and the cheese melts 🤤 you can also add some chicken sausages/bacon for extra protein! I also added some ketchup to mine once reheated Ingredients: 10 eggs (can add more or less) 1 onion 1 pepper Salt and pepper Garlic granules Breakfast muffins Cheese slices In an oven proof dish, whisk your eggs and add the salt, pepper, garlic granules, onion and red pepper until mixed through. Cook in the oven for 20 ish minutes until the egg is cooked through. Once cooked, cut into portions and put in your muffins. Add a slice of cheese and wrap in foil and store in the fridge!
