@kalisworldddd: You don’t have to eat boring foods to lose fat 😊 1. Number one rule is try your best to eat high protein and a BALANCED diet with a lot of nutrients. For your body to metabolize/work efficiently it needs healthy fuel. 2. MOVE MORE. I suggest this even before reducing portion size because movement is more healthy (on average) than reducing portion sizes. Why? Nutrients come from food. So when you cut out food you cut out nutrients by nature. Sometimes that’s ok if you’re still getting adequate nutrients and sometimes it’s necessary depending on your goals but why cut a bunch of calories when you can just use them 😊 3. Cut your portions down! If to be in a deficit you need to cut calories (if moving more isn’t enough) cutting portions is a quick way to manage your calories. You can also track your calories if you have time (I have a calorie & macro tracker and food journal on my app). Fill less of your bowl/plate & use lower calorie ingredients. And that’s it!
