Another one is my plantar fasciitis (heel pain). That acupuncturist poke my heal to let the blood out. Followed by acupuncture. 1st session minor relieve. 2nd session significant improved.

I sprained my ankle after jumping from a ladder, couldn't touch my foot on the ground because it hurt so much. I went to have acupuncture on my ankle and could walk normally the next day.
