I’ve been to the derm one time for a skin check. He glanced at me for 3 seconds top & then said “all good” and left. Then I got a bill for it 🙄

My dermatologist laughed at me when I asked if my psoriasis had been caused by a food allergy. I literally just said aight imma head out cause I knew it was pointless at that point.

My allergist is incredible. She listens, shares her thoughts but lets me make a decision, helps me find solutions that work for me. That’s kinda the basics but it’s become so hard to find lately
