I saw this on your page a while ago & we make this at least once a month 💖💋🤌🏻 it's one of our faves!! I like to use the chicken broccoli rice but the Cheddar 🥦 is good too!

Wayyyy too much sodium There’s sodium in those rice seasoned packets There’s a huge amount of salt in those cans of soup & salt in the cheese Add it up-run it by your dr see what he thinks
