"Kawarea" is a traditional Egyptian 🇪🇬🇪🇬dish with multiple preparation methods, and today I will share with you the recipe that is dearest to my heart. Once fully cooked, create a special blend of onions, garlic, tomatoes, hot peppers, and coriander, then transfer it to a clay pot made from Nile clay for that unique and unmatched Egyptian flavor. Enjoy preparing this dish filled with benefits and distinctive flavors, and let me know if cow's trotters are cooked in your country!? ☺️🫣 Ingredients for making cow trotters soup: - 4 cups of water or more - Cow trotters - Salt and black pepper - Onion - Carrots and tomatoes (optional) - 2 bay leaves - 2 cloves of garlic - 2 cloves To make caramelized onion for the stew: - 2 large onions - 2 large tomatoes - 1/4 kg of bell peppers - Hot peppers as desired - 1 tablespoon of tomato paste - 1 cup of cow trotters soup - Salt and pepper to taste Instructions: 1. After washing the cow trotters thoroughly, sauté it in butter with bay leaves, cloves, and garlic until it gets color on all sides. 2. Add boiling water with onion, carrots, tomatoes, salt, and pepper. 3. Leave it on the heat for two hours or until tender. Next step: - In a separate pan, cut the onion with bell peppers and hot peppers as desired and sauté them in oil or butter. Note: Cut them into large pieces to retain their shape after cooking. - After sautéing, add the chopped tomatoes, then the tomato paste, and a cup of cow trotters soup. Leave for two minutes. Next step: - Prepare the stew and layer the caramelized vegetables, then add the cow trotters and the remaining vegetables. - Then add a cup of trotters broth. Cooking: Cover the stew well and place it in the oven for 20 minutes at 200 degrees. Then remove the cover and bake for another 10 minutes. Enjoy your meal! الكوارع اكله مصريه🇪🇬🇪🇬 تقليديه لها اكثر من طريقه واليوم سوف اقدم لكم الطريقه الاقرب الي قلبي بعد تمام النضج اصنع لها خليط مميز من البصل والثوم والطماطم والفلفل الحار والمسكر ثم اضعها في طاجن مصنوع من طمي نهر النيل لاعطائه النكهه المميزه المصريه التي ليس لها مثيل استمتع بتحضير الطبق الملئ بالفوائد والنكهات المميزه ولاتنسي ان تخبرني هل تطبخون كوارع البقره عندكم في بلدكم ام لا ؟! ☺️🫣 المكونات لعمل شوربه الكوارع ٤ كوب ماء او اكثر كوارع بقري ملح وفلفل اسود بصله جزر و طماطم اختياري ورقتين لورا فصين مسكته ٢ حبهان لعمل البصل المكرمل للطاجن ٢ بصله حجم كبير ٢ طماطم حجم كبير ربع كيلو فلفل فلفل حار حسب الرغبه ملعقه كبيره صلصله كوب من شوربه الكوارع ملح وفلفل حسب الطعم 📍بدايه بعد غسل الكوارع جيدا…يتم تشويحها في السمن بالاضافه لورق اللورا والحبهان والمستكه وبعد ان يحصلوا علي لون من جميع الجوانب.. 📍يتم أضافـه الماء المغلي مع بصل وجزر وطماطم وملح وفلفل.. 🧅 📍ثم تترك علي النار ساعتين او حتي تمام التسويه 📌الخطـوه التاليـه… في طاسه جانبيه يتم تقطيع البصل مع الفلفل الرومي والفلفل الملون والحامي حسب الرغبـه ويتم تشويحهم في الزيت…او السمن 📝ملحوظه التقطيع يكون كبير الحجم حتي يظل محتفظ بهويته بعد النضج… ♦️بعد تمام التشويح يتم اضافه الطماطم المقطعه قطع كبيره الحجم.. 🍅 ثم صلصه الطماطم ثم كوب من مرقه الكوارع يترك دقيقتين 📌الخطوه التالـيه.. 📍نحضر الطاجن ونضع صف من الخضروات المكرمله ثم نضع الكوارع ثم باقي الخضار ♦️ثم يضاف كوب من شوريه العكاوي .. 📌التسويـه..♨️ يغطي الطاجن جيداااا ويوضع بالفرن لمده ٢٠ دقيقه علي درجه حراره ٢٠٠ …♨️ وبعدين نرفع الغطاء لمده ١٠ دقائق وبالف هنا …♥️ - @marwaelsiguiny
