use full fat milk and use full fat Greek yoghurt it comes out beautiful put it wrapped up clean towels 2 or three in a warm place I put mine on top small fridge and put some kind of weight top of it

I tried the yoghurt glitch 4 times last week, wasted 6 liters of milk, nothing but unset or curdled sludge. I will try for 1 more time then give up
