If I follow these instructions for the cycle numbers what about the vacuum. I have a good amount of supply but could always do more. I usually do 54/12 - 10 minutes and I get 5-7 oz a pump

I just bought a spectra and I love it! I hated my Medela PIS, willow is just ok, love my medela symphony but I’m renting it from the hospital as it costs $2k! Spectra is the way to go.

My 3oz output is now 5-6oz every 3 hrs. My baby was premature and I didn’t have the chance to research before I purchased a pump. I switched to Spectra at 3 months and it doubled my output in 2 weeks
