For those of you that are keto/low carb like me, you can absolutely make the recipe by just removing the rice (filler). So many ways for us to eat the same amazing foods by just omitting the carbs.

I cut my peppers in half as well but I never thought to lay down a bed of the mixture on top…I’ll definitely be doing that for here on out 🤤🥰
