The same thing happen to me. It finally took showing the management I was literally out of town during one of their “complaints”. Never got another call again and they realized I was being harassed.

Put a nanny cam in the living room and send them the time stamped videos of an empty room next time they have a complain with specific times

Does your building have patrol service, if so, ask management to have the neighbor call patrol service to confirm the noise from your home…& your management should listen to these noises to verify.
