I am going to start back on sharing my easy high protein vegan treats, and to start that off I documented this recipe on my fitness pal app to show you what each donut has. Not bad for 8 g of protein PER DONUT! calories are good and might be a little higher if you want to add a sugar free chocolate sauce like mine! This chocolate donut has everything I want, protein, gluten free for my gf baddies, and so delicious! Perfect cake texture and could even be@lower sugar if you want to swap the cane sugar for coconut sugar 🤫 This recipe is so easy, and so delicious, perfect for weekly meal prep, and just enough to take away the sugar cravings 💘 Vegan Chocolate donut recipe: ✅ 1 cup GF flour ✅ 1 cup vegan protein powder ✅ 1 tsp baking soda ✅ 1 tsp baking powder ✅3 tbsp cocoa powder ✅ pinch of salt ✅ 1/3 cup sugar ✅ 1/3 cup oil ✅ 1 cup vegan milk ✅ 1 tsp vanilla extract ✅ sugar free chocolate chips Preheat oven to 350: first add all dry ingredients in one bowl, and mix. Create a whole in the middle and start adding wet ingredients one by one in to same bowl. Mix well. Add mixture in to a large ziploc and cut a corner to create a pipping bag. Pour mixture in to donuts molds and bake for 15 minutes. Let cool and top with a vegan glaze. Vegan glaze: 4-5 tbsp sugar free chocolate chips, 2 tbsp vegan whipping cream . Melt in microwave and combine will turn in to a thick sauce to top on donuts. This is not included in nutrition breakdown and will add calories to the donuts!
