At one point I had 3 offers and I didn’t choose the job with the best pay/benefits, I specifically choose the job with the most growth potential that seemed like they wanted to invest in me.

I interviewed with SF co. They had 3 “final” interviews. They said they were hiring me on the Friday. On Monday, the recruiter called me to tell me I didn’t get it. They said it was my fault

I learned pretty early that companies are not loyal to employees. I have never expected a valid reason for a layoff. Many large companies write scripts for managers doing layoffs.
