They took me around 9yr and I had 3 teeth pulled to let the permanents descend. Also discovered my impacted tooth. Palette expander at 10, braces placed at 12y, sx to bring impacted tooth down at 13.

My cousin was pit in Braces at 7yo. zHer eye tooth eventually erupted out roof if her mouth. They operated, had it coming out above Center front teeth

If you take your child to a pediatric dentist every 6 months for routine cleanings, exams & xrays they would also catch this and refer you to an orthodontist at the correct time

My son has this issue. Except the baby canines are still in place. One ortho said start treatment now remove them later if needed. Another said extract, start treatment later..

Are the ones erupted canines, primary? Couldn’t it be extracted instead? Followed by orthodontic treatment? Create space so the canines could move towards it?
