Mix a little warm water with sugar and yeast. Cover 10 min. 2. Mix flour with oil. Add the yeast mix. 3. Add the rest of the water, sprinkle salt, rest 10 min. 4. Stretch and fold the dough from all edges into the center until it comes together. 5. Cover 1 hour until doubled. 6. Divide in 2, dust with semolina or flour, rest 10 min. 7. Shape thin in the center, thicker edges. 8. Add sauce, toppings, cheese. 9. Bake on the hottest oven setting, middle rack, 7–8 min max. 10.
