@campbellhuntpuckett: My angel went to heaven last night after I held him in my arms one last time. A piece of my heart went with him. Life will never be the same without him. He was my everything, my shadow, and my best friend. I’ve always dreamed of the day he would meet our future child and become a big brother. It doesn’t feel real it will no longer be my reality. When Jett and I started dating I told him I always wanted a French bulldog. I did everything I could to convince him that should be our first dog. And of course a year later on my 25th birthday, Jett surprised me with Pierre. It was the best gift I’ve ever received. He brought so much joy to our lives and everyone he met. I’m not sure how to go on without him here. When we first took him to the hospital 2 months ago, they thought he had IVDD (disc disease) and would fix him with back surgery. Then the MRI was negative. Then every other test was negative. After many trips to the hospital, they could not figure out what was wrong. They put him on steroids and antibiotics, and he gradually got better. We started to get optimistic but remained worried as we still didn’t know what was wrong. A few days ago, he was having his best day yet and then abruptly went backwards. We rushed him to the hospital, and this time they determined he had terminal brain cancer. His memory will live on forever, and he will never stop bringing us joy. My angel P is now watching over us from heaven. We love you, Pierre #family #dog #Love #frenchie
