I get far more work done at home than in the office. Currently hybrid (Tue/Wed in office) and my company is adding a 3rd day starting in Sept. If they want us not to work and to socialize so be it 🤷

I worked at an organization where the CEO made the org 100% remote. Then a new CEO came in and we went to 3 days a week. I knew people who were driving 3 hours to get to the office

My company went fully remote. Sold the building. We’ve never had any issues with recruiting and we can hire talent from all over the country.

We’ve been mandated by the governor for 2 days a week for “morale and collaboration”. It’s so loud, cold, & distracting at work. So much wasted time playing politics in the office 🥺

I didn’t even have to move. I bought my home because it was centrally located to FOUR of our offices, and my employer closed all of them as part of an RTO hub strategy. I’m terrified.

I think task oriented jobs where you just check things off are fine WFH but it doesn’t work for jobs where there is a lot of collaboration.

We signed documents at my job. It wasn’t like willy-nilly. My job is now permanently remote. When I moved, I changed my taxes and my insurance. I’m guessing some employers never did that?
