train to failure BUT still count your reps and write it down so the next training session you’ll see how many reps it took you to get to failure and you’ll see by yourself if you got stronger

can someone do 4 reps in light weight only? no. if its light u can do 30+ reps or more. if u can lift 4-6 reps max that means its heavy for u and ur muscles will try hard to lift that weight.
