I used to have a resident that would blast his TV at 5am to wake everyone on the floor.. he would turn it off if he heard anyone coming .. took us a while to figure out which resident it was lol.

we have a few retired nurses and one of them likes to care for other residents its very cute. the day staff don't mind it bc she doesn't do actual nursing just comforting and pulse checks

I work transport. went to pick up my pt from a NH for dialysis one day and heard another resident yelling at the staff the my pt had dialysis and needed to get dressed. they were telling him it wasn't
