Thankfully Parkway Parade had them and I bought them back home. I separated the ingredients (thankfully there was only meat and rice) and weighed them individually to compare them against online nutritional information. And this is what I got: ROAST PORK RICE  Rice (162g): 211 kcal / 45.4g carbs / 4.4g protein Roast Pork (49g): 190 kcal / 11.6g protein / 15.6g fat Total: 400 kcal / 45.4g carbs / 16g protein / 15.6g fat / 21.3% PW CHAR SIEW RICE  Rice (175g): 227.5 kcal / 49g carbs / 4.7g protein Char Siew (68g): 173.4 kcal / 19.4g protein / 8.6g fat / 4.25g carbs Total: 400 kcal / 49g carbs / 24.1g protein / 8.6g fat / 24% PW Do stay tune for Part 2 where I do a mini breakdown and do a taste test of the two bento boxes!
