I heard in Judaism there‘s a world to come with no concept of bad afterlife (hell). Would that mean that all people even the bad ones will resurrect according to Judaism? Is there justice?

My friends growing up were Jewish or Baptist & I was Catholic. I loved going to bible study with one & Shabbat dinner with the other. It showed me that people of all faiths can be good & kind
