I hate that so many people think they’re mean. I think that comes from the lady and the tramp movie. Cats aren’t born mean, but their environment can make them that way. I have a half Siamese//half ragdoll and she is the funniest, sweetest cat ever. One thing she does is makes a “rare rare RARE” noise and runs around when she’s excited. It’s so funny. I am wondering if that’s a Siamese trait.

My childhood Siamese would instinctively know the one person in the room who didn’t like cats and he would jump onto their lap. Sometimes he was aggressive about it too.
