Got a lift into town with a neighbour, wandered around the book store and found sir Francis Bacons - New Atlantis… Stocked up on supplies, organised to meet the organic co op owner “out the front of the post office” to pick up organic fresh fruit… Stopped by the nursery and got come cabbages and broccoli, echinacea and thyme seedlings for the garden…ordered a HUGE bulk seed order to be delivered to the P.O. Box next week… Ate some organic beef jerky in the park and read some jungian themed thoughts… Chatter with an elderly local about the importance of connection, eye contact and adaptability… And rode back with the neighbour into the mountains and made plans on the next communal town trip… #slow #books #community #ditl #consciousness
