@koti.gaspich: Surgery recovery/fitness update. The “nipple issues” are a slight inversion. This isn’t unusual because of the way the incision under my aerola was sutured. Mine is considered low grade and can be treated with gentle massage which I do regularly with scar cream. The scars under my aerola are barely visible. I am using the scar cream so they are soft and don’t get dark. I am really stoked about my body. I’ve never truly felt that way in my almost 36 rotations around the sun. I’ve put in a lot of work. I wouldn’t be as progressed or as excited about lifting and my goals if it wasn’t for my 🐐 trainer @dannyolboy. He has a few client openings and trains in Shadyside and Shaler Township.
