it was the clients fault for not checking if all exits are clear and the police had the lights and sirens on so the client should be more aware

on blue light courses they are ment to be walking pace speed when entering junctions, especially not able to see from observations

for those who still think its the cam cars fault firstly thats a wide angled lens making things seem further away than they are meaning the cam car had less than half a second to react to the police van. secondly the police are taught to slow down and go through junctions carefully when visibility is obstructed for this exact reason.

If you stitch the video and scroll through frame by frame the cam driver went through at amber so it’s a bit scetchy weather he should have anticipated the lights already changing and stopped
