@thefitfeast: DAY 3: 6 ingredient CHOCOLATE TART (vegan, gluten free) 🍫 If you haven’t made this already you need to run…i mean run to your kitchen and start baking 👩🏼🍳 this is the most indulgent, sweet & delicious chocolate tart that is perfect for any occasion 🤍 recipe below 👇🏼 Ingredients FILLING: 3/4 of a 400ml coconut milk tin 300g dark chocolate (I use 85% Lindt) BASE: 2.5 cups almond meal 1/2 cup cacao powder 1/3 cup maple syrup 3 tbsp melted coconut oil Method: 1. Heat coconut milk in a saucepan until smooth. Add in chocolate until melted and it becomes a thick consistency. Set aside. 2. In a bowl, whisk ‘base’ ingredients together. Pour into lined tart tin and press down and around the tin well with your fingers. 3. Pour chocolate filling on top of base and evenly spread. 4.
