@caioruns: London Marathon didn't go to plan. Here's everything I learned after stopping at kilometre 36 and having to drag myself to the medical tent at kilometre 38. Well done to everyone who finished it. It's a victory regardless of the time and must be celebrated. And that's why everyone gets a medal at the end 🏅 #runtok #realisticrunning #londonmarathon #firstmarathon #runningtipsforbeginner #runningtips
I got this advice off a friend this year. Made sure I didn’t wear headphones, put my name on my top. Best experience ever

Incredible achievement!! I wish I saw more of this on here as the reality is that this happens to so many people and doesn’t make you any less of a runner 😊 it will happen to us all I’m sure!

Mate you gave it everything. Seriously give it another go. I did the virtual, it's horrid on our own. Did you still get a medal?

You are still in the 1%. 36k is an amazing achievement. Some of us can’t even get to 5k. Life is about learning. 2025 you will go bigger & better✨

ah the marathon is a crazy beast but it teaches you so much! And the real victory in my opinion is the training; the race is the cherry on top. Congrats on the training block and back to it next time!

Sorry for your DNF. But why Carbon plate shoes ? They don't have a benefit for 4h runners and increase injury risk.
