This one is for those of you who have been requesting for this forever ๐ My most popular No-knead Focaccia recipe in a single-serving mini size with just 1-cup of flour! It is so easy to prepare, anyone can make this effortlessly! Everyone at home gets to put their own favourite toppings and no sharing allowed! I added some blue spirulina powder today just for extra prettiness to welcome the weekend! Of course thatโs completely optional :) ๐ ก๐ ๐ ๐ ๐ ๐ (Makes one 6-inch round focaccia or 1 regular loaf pan 9x4x4โ ) 1 cup flour / 125g 1.5 Tbsp levain (45g) OR 1/3 Tsp Instant Yeast (1.5g) 1/3 cup + 1 Tbsp water / 1/2 Tsp Salt / 3g 1/2 - 1 Tsp Olive Oil / 4g (optional) Toppings: Vine ripe Tomatoes Green Olives Sliced garlic ๐ ๐ ๐ ฃ๐ ๐ ๐ าษชสsแด แดสแดแดา โก๏ธ Mix water, flour and levain and let it sit for 30min. โก๏ธ Add salt (and olive oil if using) Rest 30 min โก๏ธ Do 1 set of stretch-and-fold, rest 30 min โก๏ธ Do 2 sets of Coil fold, 30 min apart each โก๏ธ Overnight cold fermentation in the refrigerator. or sแดแดแดษดแด แดสแดแดา โก๏ธ Transfer the dough to a mini pan and stretch it outwards gently โก๏ธProof until (almost) double. Preheat oven at 230C. โก๏ธ Dimple, add desired toppings and bake for 15-20min.
