@dr.amandapilates: Typically when I hear the term "mom butt" people are referring to the sudden loss of after having a baby. However, when I say "mom butt" I'm referring to that deep, sharp, annoying pain that seems to getcha right in the booty cheek! You know the one you just keep trying to massage and stretch out?! Well, that's a good place to start, but you MUST add some re-education and strengthening to truly find relief.
