mediterranean style chicken bowls 😋🥒🍅🌿 a little cava dupe if you will 👀 didn’t make the hummus from scratch but I did make the tzatziki! didn’t film it so the recipe will be down below 👇🏻 ingredients: chicken - 2lbs chicken tenderloins - olive oil - ground cardamom - cumin - salt & pepper - garlic powder - paprika - onion powder - smoked paprika pita bread: - store bought pita - olive oil & butter melted down - dried parsley and flakey salt salad: - fresh dill - juice of 1 lemon - 1/2 block of feta - 12ish cherry tomatoes - 1/4 red onion - 1/2 English cucumber - dried parsley - olive oil - salt to taste (doesn’t really need salt bc the feta is pretty salty!) tzatziki: - 1 cup 5% fat greek yogurt (I used fage) - 1/2 English cucumber (grated through a cheese grater. squeeze the excess liquid out of the cucumber once grated) - 1 garlic clove finely minced - 1-2 tsp red wine vinegar - squeeze of lemon juice - salt to taste - fresh dill to garnish or you can mix it in directions: chicken - clean chicken tenderloins, taking the tendon out. add to a bowl and season with everything listed under chicken. cook chicken in a skillet over medium high heat until fully cooked pita - add olive oil and butter in the same skillet you cooked the chicken in. once butter is melted, add pita and cook until toasty. sprinkle the pita with parsley flakes and flakey salt while still hot salad - cut all of the veggies and cheese and throw into a bowl. add the rest of the ingredients and mix well tzatziki - grate cucumber through a cheese grater. once grated, squeeze the excess liquid out of the cucumber - add Greek yogurt to a bowl. add the cucumber, minced garlic, red wine vinegar, lemon juice and salt. mix and season to taste. garnish with fresh dill #cava #cavaathome #mediterranean #mediterraneandiet #mediterraneanfood #healthyrecipes #healthybowl #chickenbowl #tzatziki #grilledchicken #healthydinner #dinnerrecipe #healthycooking #recipesforyou #recipesoftiktok #recipevideo #foryou #fyp #xyzbca - @glamabelle
