@dru_fit: How to grow your arms ⬇️ 1. Eat food. You won’t be able to get any bigger if you’re not eating in a surplus. 2. Train with intensity. Train your arms like anything else, to failure. I see a lot of people “going through the motion” when it comes to training arms. This will not build you big arms. Try adding drop sets and supersets. Find ones that work for you. 3. Train with full range of motion. Training with a full range of motion increases stimulus to the target muscle.
