@alisonistoxinfree: Honestly, when I first saw the water flossing ads I was in a little bit of disbelief as to how much came out of these people's mouths. So I decided to get one for myself and try it out. I can confirm that these videos are indeed real, I've done this multiple times with the same results. Anyone can run the same experiment at home. Brush, floss, and then water floss and you will get the same results! I'm not even kidding when I say I don't want to add anything to my oral routine, but after seeing what comes out of my mouth I will never NOT water floss! Just 2 minutes after regular flossing and your whole mouth feels amazingly clean. I showed my teeth before I started oral care with gurnanda, the oil pulling and water flossing has made a huge difference. I also love their whitening strips and mouthwash.
