My mind is blown. I’ve always had 10%+ raises at every corporate job and negotiated higher every time bc I had offers in my back pocket. The fact that ppl are only getting 3% is wild to me 🥺

my HR would say l, more importantly we want our employees to be happy with the work they're doing and to ensure it's beneficial for both the employees and the employer.... aka, take it or leave it.

I hate that it needs approval from multiple sources. My boss fought for a higher raise than what I got, and it went through three layers of approvals

I just got a 13.5% raise between a job title change and cost of living raise. Their reasoning was to attract more candidates. Im appreciative but it kind of was a slap in the face to admit that!
