Don't also be deceived by any organization or institution that will provide you license or authority to practice bone setting even though the Organization is SEC certified as the only licensing authority in the Philippines are the PRC and that provides National Certification are TESDA, DoH or PITAHC. NO SEC CERTIFIED SOCIETY OR ASSOCIATION OR ORGANIZATION CAN AUTHORIZE YOU TO PRACTICE BONE SETTING unless you are member of the Indigenous Community practicing traditional indigenous healing arts and science such as Mun'apyuh of Ifugao which is the Ifugao Bone Setting practices. But Good News to all Filipino Bone Setters, you do not need to hide your practice on the disguise of Hilot, because Hilot Academy of Binabaylan and Filipino Bone Setter Inc. are collaborately working together in creating Qualification standard for Bone Setter in accordance to the Philippine Occupational Classification Standards of the Philippine Statistics Authority which then we could apply to Philippine Qualification Framework which can give us recommendation for Bone Setters to be accredited and certified.
