📍 The Beginning: A Shock No One Expected November 22, 2022… Argentina vs. Saudi Arabia. Everyone expected an easy win, especially with it being Messi’s last World Cup. Messi scored early, and people thought, “This is over.” But then… Saudi Arabia shocked the world. A goal from Salem, then Al-Dawsari’s legendary strike. Messi stood there stunned. The stadium went silent except for the Saudi fans. It was a heavy moment… like the world had flipped on him. The media attacked, people doubted, and that match could’ve ended his dream forever. But for Messi… it was the spark. 📍 The Comeback: Fight or Go Home Against Mexico, the pressure was crushing. One slip = elimination. - Minute 64… Messi receives the ball, shoots from distance… GOAL. After the goal, you could see something different in his eyes. Not just joy… “We’re not done yet.” The whole team came back to life. - 📍 Poland: Messi Reborn He missed a penalty… everything could’ve collapsed. But the team kept fighting and qualified. This is where Argentina finally started looking like Messi’s team for real. - 📍 Australia: Grit and Emotion Messi dribbled between four players and scored— a goal that felt like watching a kid play in the streets. In the last minutes, Martínez made that insane save. The crowd cried… Messi hugged De Paul telling him, “We can do this.” - 📍 Quarter-final Madness vs. Netherlands He gave a magical assist to Molina, then scored a penalty. Then… Netherlands equalized in the last minute. People collapsed. Messi got angry, talked, yelled, faced the opponents… like all his past pain was coming out at once. Penalty shootout… Messi stepped up calmly and scored. And after the win, he shouted his famous line: “¿Qué mirás, bobo?” It was Messi against the whole world. - 📍 Semi-final: Pure Genius Against Croatia, Messi was otherworldly. That assist to Julián Álvarez… pure magic. Fans felt the trophy was getting closer. - 📍 The Final: A Match for History France vs. Argentina. Messi scores the first goal. Argentina goes 2–0 up… But Mbappé brings France back in two minutes. Messi stands there, staring at the ground, breathing heavily. It was like fate was testing him one last time. Extra time… Messi scores the third. The stadium explodes. But Mbappé scores again from the penalty… 3–3. Tension. Fear. Chaos. Penalties. - 📍 The Eternal Moment: The Dream Achieved Shootout begins… Messi scores with impossible calm. Martínez delivers. Then… Gonzalo Montiel scores the final one. Messi collapses to the ground, covering his face. He couldn’t carry all those emotions: •	Past failures •	The tears of 2014 •	Mockery •	Doubts •	“He can’t win for his country” •	Seventeen years of pressure Everyone rushed to him, hugging him. And then came the moment he lifted the trophy. For the first time, Messi smiled like a child, as if he was back in the streets playing with friends. He finally lifted the World Cup… and his heart, and every fan’s heart, found peace. - 📍 The End: The King Writes His Final Chapter Messi didn’t just win a trophy; he won a story… an emotion… an ending no author could’ve written better. #messi

These homemade honey buns are SO much better than anything you could buy at the store. Spoiler alert: They actually taste like real honey without the 40+ ingredients list full of preservatives and artificial flavors. Warm from the oven with that sticky honey glaze? Your kids will never ask for the packaged version again. Ingredients: Dough * 4 cups all-purpose flour * 2 ¼ tsp active dry yeast * ⅓ cup granulated sugar * ½ tsp salt * ¾ cup whole milk, warmed to 110°F * ¼ cup warm water * ⅓ cup honey * 1 large egg + 1 egg yolk * 5 Tbsp unsalted butter, melted * 1 Tbsp avocado oil * 1 tsp vanilla extract Light Cinnamon Filling * ¼ cup granulated sugar * 1 ¼ tsp cinnamon * 2 Tbsp melted butter Classic Honey Glaze * 1 cup powdered sugar * 1 Tbsp honey * 1 Tbsp melted butter * ½ tsp vanilla * 1-2 Tbsp warm milk Directions: 1. In the bowl of a stand mixer, combine the warm milk, warm water, sugar, and yeast. Let sit for about 5 minutes until slightly foamy. Add the honey, egg, egg yolk, melted butter, oil, vanilla, and salt. Mix to combine. Add the flour and knead for 6-8 minutes until smooth and soft. The dough should feel slightly tacky but not sticky. 2. Transfer to a lightly greased bowl, cover, and let rise in a warm place for about 1 hour, or until doubled in size. 3. Turn the dough onto a lightly floured surface and roll into a large rectangle about ¼ inch thick. Brush with melted butter. Mix the sugar and cinnamon together and sprinkle lightly and evenly across the surface — this is just a hint of spice, not a thick cinnamon layer. 4. Using a pizza cutter, slice into 1 ½ - 2

Roll tightly from the long side into a spiral. 5. Place on a parchment-lined baking sheet, spacing slightly apart. Gently press each one down with your palm to flatten. 6. Cover loosely and let rise 10-15 minutes until slightly puffy. 7. Bake at 350°F for 14-16 minutes, until just lightly golden on top. They should stay fairly pale and soft — don't let them brown too much. You might have to flatten again after they are done baking with a spatula. 8. While still warm, whisk together the glaze ingredients until smooth. Brush generously over the warm buns. Let sit 10-15 minutes to set. #homemaderecipes #kidsnacks #lifeofahomemaker #mindfulmothering # madefromscratch
