@amputeekatyt: The first couple times I went rock climbing I had lots of emotions to sort out because trying sports after amputation is just super different than doing them with a fully intact, normal working body. Also I needed to figure out what I wanted from rock climbing, since the only sport I’ve really loved my whole life was horse back riding, and for the time being that goal isn’t realistic quite yet. I decided that I’m just doing this for fun, and that there doesn’t need to be loads of pressure around it. So this is me goofing around at practice the other day!
