@menendezofficial1: The fact that people still think the brothers are lying in 2024 is insane to me. I can understand if you didn’t believe them back at the time the trial was held because the media brainwashed you and put false slogans they hid the truth because they saw this as a fame wave. The brothers had Mountains of evidence during the first trial. and second trial it was all dismissed and wasn’t able to be used. The prosecution wanted an easy conviction on the brothers, because they had lost quite a few massive cases during that time, for instance the O.J. Simpson trial they lost. So the courts were under a lot of pressure and they needed a conviction on a high profile case and sadly the Menendez brothers case was still going ahead so that is another reason why they had such a harsh conviction and so many disadvantages during second trial and unfairness. Not only that decades after their convictions new evidence has been found and another victim of José Menendez has come forward. It’s time for the world to know the truth. It’s time to realise that the Menendez brothers are victims and they sentencing was too harsh and cruel. They got the same sentence as a serial killer which is unfair due to their circumstances.
