I ordered two, spent over $500, and it’s literally trash. I emailed them because I wanted to return and get a refund. The lady replied and told me their hair is well made and she’s sure I will look just as good as the model😭 like what, idc what you think mam. Now they’ve stopped replying. Idk what to do. HELP
