I've developed carpal tunnel on both hands and now I'm taking pills and using the wrist thing only when I'm not gaming, I try to take a break every 1h to do some stretches, it helps!

You have to strengthen your hand muscles. Weak muscles can’t withstand that much load therefore you have to increase the endurance. As well as stretching.
