@sss_kitchen: SUNDAY BAKING: Jam Tarts RECIPE: 250g softened butter/margarine 1/2 cup icing sugar/powdered sugar 2 eggs 1 tsp vanilla extact /essence 3 cups flour 1/4 cup corn starch/ flour 3 tsp baking powder 1/2 cup jam of choice (strawberry/apricot) Preheat oven to 180°C & grease your muffin pan.Cream butter & icing sugar until light & fluffy.Add 2 eggs & vanilla extract & whisk until combined.
