Find yourself a tiny diner somewhere down south, especially at a truckstop. Those are the places with the best chicken fried steak and the coffee will be phenomenal.

It’s cube steak. Look for that in the grocery store. White gravy packets in the seasoning isle. Easy peasy.

When you make it you need to use cube steak. For the gravy use Pioneer country gravy mix.
