Girlssss, I did it and replaced the sugar with alulosa + monkfruit (same quantity as the original recipe, 1:1 aprox 3/4 cup) and the oil with butter (70g melted). Also i add 1 teaspoon of instant coffee to enhance the chocolate taste. OMG SO SO GOOD

I changed the ingredients by replacing oil with 70g blackberry jam, normal flour with 100g oats flour, and added 150g ripe banana, no sugar at all. It was so yummy and not too sweet, totally recommend this recipe 🥰🥰🥰

Just be mindful to taste the zucchini first. If it tastes bitter, spit it out and don’t eat it, the bitterness can indicate higher levels of cucurbitacins, which can make you unwell. 👌

I was gifted a ton of zucchini (not my favorite vegetable) and found this recipe and OMG it’s so good! I used dark cocoa powder and shredded/blended the zucchini in the food processor. You can’t even tell it’s in there!
