I did not like my food either when I went…only the drinks and the ambience was good. I don’t know if it’s because I know authentic Jamaican food why my experience was just underwhelming.

It's on King Street West. If you don't want to spend high money on food, there are plenty other cheaper restaurants outside the downtown core which use days old chicken, oxtail and rice to fit low $.
