pilates is a recent trend. people were and are looking just as good with only weights, cardio and good diet, including models. its very fun but its definitely an option

would stretching for 20 minutes before a workout, then doing around 45 minutes of pilates, then 30 mins of jogging in place (i don’t have a treadmill,and im too young to go to the gym) and stretching
