the explanation of this is: the water molecules get pushed out of the starch(corn) and turns into a hard object. then when the water runs back into the structure it turns Into a liquid again ❤️

It’s called a non Newtonian fluid it’s not a solid neither a liquid unlike candle wax where it’s the same case but you need to penetrate/heat the wax up to melt it. Or It’s like water but you have to-
