You need to have it at the lowest setting until ur gums get used to the pressure then slowly increase the level.

I used to be a dental assistant and you might also be experiencing the bleeding because you’re pregnant :) the hormones can cause sensitive gums and bleeding but yes my water flossed is roughhhhhhh!

Your gums are way more sensitive when you’re pregnant. Pregnancy changes a lot of things with your teeth and gums. It might not be so bad after you have baby girl 💕
