@grandad_sings: I was listening to @christina perri and heard her cover of ‘You are my sunshine’. The song brings back many happy memories for me of when I was a very little boy, during the second world war, my father was in the home guard part of the army, and his troop would put on concert parties to cheer us all up. My father sung you are my sunshine, so you can understand how nostalgic this was for me. It inspired me to do my own version.
