I got a chin implant and I left 3 consultations that kept saying my fix was filler. I do not understand why filler is pushed so much. If ur going to get work done, they need to advise correctly!!

The thing is that things like droopy tip need to be fixed as part of a rhinoplasty. When you go to a plastic surgeon you’re going to have to hear all that. It’s their job.
