@nontoxicdad: Perfume might smell sweet, but it’s definitely TOXIC!🧴 When chatting with my friend Tammy about non-toxic living tips, I asked her what she thought about perfumes/fragrances (y’all know how I feel about those 😏) - and she had nothing nice to say about them! All perfume is is a concoction of toxic chemicals that smell nice, but work their way into the body and cause immense damage! 👉 They can cause inflammation 👉 They can cause hormonal problems They just aren’t good for a non-toxic life! To make matters worse, these fragrances are EVERYWHERE - hair products, soaps, fabric softeners, candles, air fresheners, and more! These chemical concoctions are basically toxic waste, and we put them on our bodies every day 🤦‍♂️ Your best bet is to 🚮 any sources of fragrance in your home.
